QA/PI Coordinator; Registered Nurse

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary function is to develop, implement, maintain and evaluate an effective, data driven quality assessment and performance improvement program. Set priorities for performance improvement, consider prevalence and severity of identified problems, and give priority to improvement activities that affect clinical outcomes. Conduct performance improvement projects that reflect the scope, complexity, and past performance of the HHA’s services and operations, and document these projects.

Qualifications and Skills


Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.


Minimum of one year nursing experience in home health and knowledge of QA/PI Standards.


Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with Agency’s other staff, Board of Directors and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Supervising/Field Registered Nurse
Post-Health Home Care – Houston, TX

Job Description

Job Summary:

A Registered Nurse RN- administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders, plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services and the Medicare Conditions of Participation.

Compensation can be offered as annual salary or per visit rate. Visits are compensated at above of the industry’s average , but based on experience and area of coverage.


A current license as a Registered Nurse, RN in Texas.
A minimum of one year of recent, clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care experience preferred.
Computer skills- Kinnser preferred.
